Must Knows Before Booking

Booking Policy

  • Booking & Surgery Date: Please ensure that you book your packages for your actual surgery date. If your surgery date is unavailable on the calendar, please contact us via text at (305) 814-3188 to confirm availability.
  • Payment: All payments, including the non-refundable booking deposit, must be made via our Zelle/Apple Pay account to secure your service(s) at (305) 814-3188. If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be canceled.
  • Client Contact Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information through the consultation form and for updating any changes to their personal contact information. This ensures smooth communication regarding your scheduled services.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: All payments toward services and invoices are final and non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits are valid for 1 year from the booking date.
  • Full Payment: Balances must be paid in full 7 days prior to your service date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in cancellation of your appointment and a new non-refundable deposit of $250 required to rebook.
  • No Downgrading Services: No downgrades of post-op services will be honored after your invoice is paid in full. No exceptions.
  • Credit Card Authorization: Credit card authorization forms are required for all services booked.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of Services: Due to the nature of our services, all sales and payments are final. Cancellation of any appointment or service, including changes from the surgery center, results in no refund and forfeiture of all payments made.
  • Deposit Transfer: A deposit can be transferred once to a different date at no charge. Any additional schedule changes will incur a $75 transfer fee.
  • Same Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of full payment.
  • Refunds for Cancelled Services: If your surgery is canceled due to medical reasons, we may consider a partial refund for post-op care packages. Approval is required from Pretty Saddity Recovery LLC with documentation from your physician.

Reschedule Policy

  • Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is based on availability.
  • Cancellation Notification: If you wish to cancel an appointment, please notify us in writing via email at prettysaddityrecovery@gmail.com.

Late/No-Show Policy

  • On-Time Arrival: Our post-op care providers typically arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and ensure services begin promptly. A no-show occurs if a client is unreachable or not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.
  • No-Show Fee: A $75 no-show fee applies if the client is not present within the 10-minute grace period. No-show fees must be paid before further services are provided.
  • Multiple No-Shows: If more than 2 no-shows occur during a series of services, a $250 penalty fee will apply, and the series will be canceled. The penalty fee will be subtracted from any amounts already paid. If the payment for the series is less than the penalty fee, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent.
  • No-Call/No-Show: If a client fails to show for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be ineligible for future services unless the payment is made in full at the time of rebooking.

IV Therapy

Please note: The time slot selected during booking is a placeholder. Our team will contact you the day before your scheduled IV therapy to confirm a specific time window for your appointment.

Travel

  • Our service area includes residences within a 30-minute radius of Miami International Airport. If your lodging is located beyond this distance, approval is required for services outside our standard service area.
  • We do not provide services in the following locations under any circumstances: Miami Beach, Cutler Bay, Homestead, or the Miami Executive Airport area.
  • For post-operative services in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, prior approval is required, and a travel fee will apply.
  • Services will be canceled if the lodging location is outside of the approved service area without prior approval.
